Sageon Creator

Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Sageon Ltd for the use of Sageon Creator. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What the service does

Sageon Creator helps TikTok Shop affiliates plan and write short-form video scripts. You add a product, set some controls, and the service uses AI to draft scripts, captions and filming notes. It can also show public product listings to help you choose what to promote, and - if you connect your TikTok account - how your published videos performed.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and using the service for a business. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. Do not share your account with anyone else.

What the service produces, and your responsibility for it

Scripts are drafts written by AI. They can be wrong. They can contain claims a product does not support, or wording that breaches a platform rule or an advertising law. You are responsible for everything you publish. Before you post, check that:

The compliance notes and checks in the app are an aid to your own judgement. They are generated by AI, they are not legal advice, and they are not a guarantee that content is permitted. If a video is removed, an account is restricted or a regulator takes an interest, that is your responsibility, not ours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sageon Creator to:

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you put in - your products, notes and references - and of the scripts generated for you. You are free to use them commercially. You give us permission to store and process that content only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you.

We keep ownership of the software, the prompts and the design. Nothing here gives you a licence to copy or resell them.

AI output is not unique. Similar inputs can produce similar scripts for other users, and we cannot promise anything generated is original or that you can register rights in it.

What the numbers are, and are not

Product figures, trend rankings and video statistics shown in the app are estimates built from information published openly on TikTok. They are not supplied, endorsed or verified by TikTok. They can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, a product missing from a list has not necessarily sold nothing, and how a product performed for other creators tells you nothing reliable about how it will perform for you.

Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, stock or promote anything, and nothing in it is financial, legal or business advice. We do not guarantee any level of views, sales, commission or income. What you choose to promote is your commercial decision.

Third-party services

The service depends on others, including TikTok, our AI provider and our data providers. If they change, restrict or withdraw access, parts of the service may change or stop working. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows.

Fees

Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period and any usage limits are shown before you subscribe. Fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a period already started, except where the law requires otherwise. We will give reasonable notice before changing a price.

Limits on our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, lost commissions, or for content being removed or an account being restricted by a platform. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or one hundred pounds if you paid nothing.

Any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is against Sageon Ltd alone. Its directors, employees and contractors are not personally liable to you for the service or for anything produced by it. Nothing in this paragraph affects a liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If your content causes a claim

You are responsible for what you publish. If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you published, how you used the service, or your breach of these terms, you will cover our reasonable losses, damages and legal costs in dealing with it. We will tell you about any such claim promptly, will not settle it without asking you first, and will let you take over its defence if you want to.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so. On closure we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
