Delete your account

You can delete individual things you have made in Sageon Creator, or your whole account, at any time. Both take effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Deleting some of your data, without closing your account
You do not have to delete your account to delete what is in it:
- A product - open it and choose Delete. The scripts written for it go with it.
- Scripts - delete them individually or several at once from your scripts list.
- Everything from TikTok- Settings, then Disconnect. This deletes the videos and profile details we pulled from your account, deletes the stored access tokens, and tells TikTok to revoke this app's access.
- Anything else - email blake@sageon.co.uk and say what you want removed. We will confirm within 30 days.
Deleting your whole account
In the app
Go to Settings, then Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Email blake@sageon.co.uk from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. We will confirm within 30 days, and normally within a few working days.
What is deleted
- Your account, email address and name.
- Your products, scripts, hooks, references and voice profile.
- Your audits and reports.
- Any TikTok data we hold, and the app's access to your TikTok account, which is revoked at the same time.
What is kept, and why
- Error logs, with your account no longer attached to them. A record of a fault is worth keeping and is not personal data once it is not linked to anyone.
- Records we have to keep by law, such as invoices and tax records, for as long as the law requires.
- Backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis and are gone within 30 days.
If you subscribe
A subscription bought on the website is cancelled automatically when you delete your account. A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is held by them, not by us, and deleting your account does not cancel it - you have to cancel it in the store, or you will keep being charged.
